REACTOR OPPORTUNITIES


At Reaction, volunteering isn’t a need a want from you, it’s an opportunity what we want for you. It's an opportunity to connect the miracle of lives changed for Jesus. An opportunity to be apart of the greatest fishing story ever told. It’s simple. If you have an interest, you can count on us to help you find your ideal .
 

To volunteer, simply:



- Choose an area that interests you

- Complete a First Experience
Once you’ve chosen a team that interests you, you will be scheduled for your First Experience as a volunteer. It includes a brief orientation to Reaction Church and the opportunity to shadow your area. The First Experience is designed to assist you in connecting your gifts and talents to ministry at Reaction Church.

- Commit to Volunteering
At Reaction, the initial commitment period to an area is three months. Once you’ve volunteered in a role for three months, you may continue in that role, try something different, or take a break from volunteering. Most of our volunteer teams are on a bi-weekly rotation. Your commitment will be based on your specific area.
 

At Reaction, our REACTOR opportunities are organized into five main areas:

Central
If you enjoy behind-the-scenes roles, this is the perfect fit for you. All central opportunities are during the week, helping staff with administrative tasks and projects as they arise. This includes VIP follow up, scheduling and planning. 

 

Campus Support
If you enjoy assisting with operations, then Campus Support is for you. This group of REACTORS assists in the weekend operations, and ensure the location is running smoothly. Some roles include; connections (help others get plugged into Reaction Church at the VIP Room), setting up for Sunday services, helping to tear down Sunday services, and parking team.

RKIDZ
If you are passionate about seeing future generations raised to life in Christ, then RKIDZ is just the place for you! Roles range from behind-the-scenes opportunities to interacting directly with children and teaching them about Jesus.

 

Guest Services
If you love people, Guest Services is the place to be. As a Guest Services Reactor, you have the opportunity to greet guests, help guests find their seats, or welcome first time guests. If praying is one of your spiritual gifts, you could join the Prayer Team.

 

Production
If you like the thought of having hands-on responsibilities, Production is what you're looking for. Production REACTORS help create smooth-running Worship Experiences. Production offers both technical and non-technical opportunities. No experience is necessary.
