It All Starts With The Chocolate
To us, chocolate making is a real art. It starts with the most precious ingredient – the chocolate, which grows on trees in large cocoa pods. Cocoa beans grow best in the tropics along the equator, most notably in Africa, Central & South America, and parts of Asia. Our chocolates are sourced directly from the cocoa farmers, who have a commitment to cultivating the highest quality cocoa beans.
Once harvested, cocoa beans are fermented and dried before being carefully examined for quality. The beans, the best you can get, are shelled to reveal cocoa nibs, which are roasted to bring out their extraordinary aromas.
The next step is creating the cocoa liquor, the most important ingredient in chocolate. Cocoa liquor is created by grinding the nibs into a very fine liquid comprised of cocoa butter and cocoa solids. By using the best ingredients makes the best chocolates.
Perfecting The Goodness

Creating just the right taste is no easy task. Our chocolate chef's spend countless hours perfecting every aspect of the chocolate before we release to the public. Some of BaTer Chocolates product lines have taken years to develop. At BaTer we refuse to settle for anything less than the best. We use the best chocolate and the best ingredients. All of our fillings are made from scratch.
We strive to produce nothing but excellence when it comes to our liquor creams. This includes the appearance of our chocolates as well. Our chocolate chefs are honored to put their personal stamp of approval on every piece of chocolate we produce.
